Recognising the benefits of efficient processing and project management in developing their business, they chose to invest in our Project Costing, Human Resources and Integration Rapport3 modules.

With the Project Costing module, dRMM can manage time sheets and expenses, project budget planning, monitor profitability, generate invoices and more. This will speed up their processes, whilst ensuring complete accuracy and precise job costing, meaning more time can be spent on architectural innovation and creativity.

With a growing team of passionate architects, managing their staff needed more structure, and to be accessible in an organised and intuitive system. This is where our Human Resources module came in. With CPD/training, tracking, recruitment management, performance reviews and HR reporting, all HR information will be stored in one searchable database. This ensures easy analysis, comprehensive lists, accurate staff expenses and sickness records and intuitive timesheets.

As dRMM currently use Sage accounting software, the ability to synchronise the sales invoices, purchase invoices and staff expenses with their new software was a huge incentive. This eliminates the need for data re-entry and ensuring consistency of information, saving the business valuable time.
