At Cubic Interactive we are passionate about providing a personal, high quality customer service, from project inception and beyond. We follow a three step process to make sure Rapport3 delivers what you need for your business.
Pre-sales & specification
This phase of the process is about us getting to know you, your business and how you work. It’s an opportunity for you to quiz us about our experience, who we are and what we can do for you. Once we’ve decided to work together, we’ll have agreed a detailed specification document which outlines how Rapport3 will be tailored to meet your specific business needs.
The first step of implementation is to set up a domain area for you on our cloud-hosted Rapport3 server. We’ll then configure Rapport3 to match the specification document agreed during our specification meetings before migrating the data you need into the system.
Training & Support
There are two types of training available. The first goes hand in hand with the launch of Rapport3, covering the basics and getting users up and running. The second is tailored training which takes place three to six months after launch focusing on improving how you use Rapport3. We also offer ‘Super User’ training so that selected people within your organisation can develop an in-depth knowledge of Rapport3 and act as in-house support if needed.
