We welcomed i2C to Cubic Interactive in May 2020, when they took on our Project Costing , HR , Contacts (CRM) and Gekko Email modules, along with Xero integration. They were looking to streamline and consolidate their processes, as they previously had three different systems performing the same function as Rapport3. Instead, i2C were searching for a complete system which would help them to rationalise their separate systems and costs in a more integrated solution - and so they chose our Rapport3 software.

This allows i2C to access all important project information in one place, complete with intuitive and intelligent reporting capabilities, enabling them to continue to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with excellence in mind. Additionally, integration with their Xero accounts system allows them to deliver key financial information to the appropriate person in the organisation.

Our Rapport3 Contacts (CRM) module allows for all contact details to be available in one easily-searchable database, with an intelligent contact lifecycle retaining company history, keeping it always easily accessible. The powerful dashboard has features unlike any competitor, including a campaign management system, comprehensive integration with Outlook and the capability to manage business development tasks through mobile and Outlook plugins.

i2C also took on our Gekko Email module. Rapport 3 Email Management is a smart email management system and collaboration tool to improve communication between your team and ensure no email goes missing. Able to integrate with your existing email system and powered by our specialist email management software, Gekko, it provides intuitive, slick email filing, splitting emails into folders for each project and ensuring all emails are accessible at all times - by everyone. The comprehensive search function allows even the most obscure email to be found in long-term projects, so your projects can be run smoothly. 

With such varied and wide-ranging projects, numerous studios in different locations, as well as frequent work with charities, i2C needs to be easily accessible whilst being able to keep track of all their communications. Gekko email management helps them to achieve that.
