To get the most out of Rapport 3, it is essential that staff are trained in how to use it.  With Rapport 3’s intuitive interface and power, users will quickly gain the knowledge to use Rapport 3 effectively.

Cubic Interactive supplies two types of training consultancy.  The first covers initial Rapport 3 training, which coincides with the launch of Rapport 3.  The second type of training, tailored training, is targeted at 3 – 6 months after commissioning Rapport 3.  The purpose is to target a specific area of Rapport 3, combined with your existing working methods, helping to improve how you use Rapport 3.

Another training option (more suitable to larger organisations) is to designate ‘Super-Users’ who get an in-depth look at certain areas of Rapport 3 and are therefore able to provide in-house support to other users as they are getting to grips with the finer points of Rapport 3.
