Cubic Interactive’s UK-based support team provide the assistance and information needed to keep your Practice Management Solution running smoothly.  The team are on hand Monday- Friday, 9am-5.30pm to answer any questions or queries about your version of Rapport 3.

In addition to the support team, an online user forum is available 24/7 to help you with any out-of-hours enquiries you might have.

Our support team use Remote Desktop to access your version of Rapport 3.  This enables them to quickly investigate, diagnose and resolve any problems which you might have.   In the instance that an issue cannot be solved remotely, a call-out service is provided at no additional cost.
