The Pre-Sales meetings are about more than us demonstrating Rapport 3, they are an opportunity for us to get to know you, your business and your working patterns. They are an opportunity for you to quiz us about our expertise and to meet the team who will be overseeing the project.

‘Pre-Sales’ itself is broken down into several stages, firstly an initial meeting between ourselves and your internal team.  Here we will give you an in-depth demonstration of Rapport 3 and answer any questions which you may have about the software. There is often a number of follow up meetings to ensure Rapport 3 has been fully reviewed.

The next stage of the ‘Pre-Sales’ process involves communication with our existing users, be it as a visit to their practice for a demonstration of how they have incorporated Rapport 3 into their day-to-day work patterns or for an informal discussion of the benefits which Rapport 3 has brought to their business.

Once you have decided to proceed with the implementation of Rapport 3, a specification meeting will be arranged to discuss how we will tailor Rapport 3 to suit your business needs.  Once the specification has been signed off, we will liaise to organise an installation date for the Rapport 3 solution.
