Throughout the implementation of Rapport 3, we work closely with your project management (implementation) team to ensure a smooth transition to Rapport 3.  On the occasion where bespoke functionality is required, this will be developed as a part of your implementation process.

Like ‘Pre-Sales’, the Implementation process is also broken down into a number of stages.

For internally hosted solutions:

After the first specification meeting, the Rapport 3 framework is installed on your designated server and it is at this point the license agreement is signed.

The next stage of the implementation is to configure, customise and integrate Rapport 3 to match the specification document.  We will then work on migrating data from your existing Practice Management Solution or from multiple databases into Rapport 3.

For cloud-hosted solutions:

A domain within the Rapport 3 server is set up for your company (http://yourcompany.rapport3.com) which will be your Pratice Management homepage.

We will then oversee the migration of data from any existing databases to the Rapport 3 server.
