Our aim when developing the Quality Assurance module was to develop a tool which would help make the Quality Assurance (QA) process a part of every day working as opposed to a mad rush just days before the auditors are due!

With this in mind, the Quality Assurance module provides a centralised solution for maintaining either a bespoke or ISO accredited Quality Management System (QMS).  It simplifies the process of maintaining an internal QMS and providing the documentation to evidence actions.  By adding a tab containing your QA information to Rapport 3, the information is always at your fingertips.

We work with you to build a series of ‘gateways’ containing a series of tasks to reflect your internal QMS.  Additional tasks or gateways can be added if a project, region or country requires, helping you to ensure that the highest QA standards are met.

A simple traffic light system is used to indicate whether a task has been completed, is awaiting confirmation or hasn’t been started.  This leaves a full audit trail so internal auditors and managers can monitor progress and record internal checks.

QA tasks do not have to be recorded in a particular order – they can be evidenced as they are completed without having to wait for one gateway to be completed and for the subsequent gateway to be opened.
