The Access Dimensions Integration module saves valuable time – all project invoices and sales details are kept up-to-date via Rapport 3 and through the integration module it is linked to the appropriate section within Access Dimensions.
Quality Control is at the forefront of the module design; all information entered in Rapport 3 has to be confirmed by the relevant persons before it is transferred to the Access package. This provides a secure and effective means of monitoring quality and making any necessary amendments to crucial data. In effect this means Rapport 3 manages the information while giving the accountant complete control.
Newforma Integration
Rapport 3′s Newforma Integration links information in Rapport 3 to your Newforma Document Management system. When a new project or contact is generated in Rapport 3, it is automatically created in Newforma as well, saving you time in duplicating data.
