Rapport 3′s OpenAsset Integration module enables you to integrate your OpenAsset digital imaging catalogue with information in Rapport 3.

Rapport 3′s OpenAsset Integration module enables you to search for a project or projects within Rapport  3 and then directly access the images via a link. Any images or documents returned can then be directly accessed for insertion into other applications.

 Functionality

When a new project is created in Rapport 3, the OpenAsset Integration module creates a corresponding project in OpenAsset with information such as the project number, name, sector and office from Rapport 3.  On the project homepage in Rapport 3 an icon is created which takes the user directly to the corresponding project page in OpenAsset which will then display all images (sketched, CAD, photographs) associated with the project.

The OpenAsset integration module also introduces a homepage panel, within Rapport 3, that lists the latest project images recently added to OpenAsset.

This integration between the two systems, minimises the double entry of data and delivers a truly integrated solution, to enable you to search and have access to your images, when and where you need them.
