Effective staff management is essential to running a profitable business.  Rapport 3’s Human Resources module enables you to build a secure, searchable database containing all the information you need to effectively manage your staff.

The Human Resources module transforms Rapport 3 into a comprehensive staff database for the professional services sector.  It stores some information accessible to all, such as staff names, headshot photographs and business contact details through to line manager information such as project runner, CPD and all base records.  Certain information such as salary, personal contact details and review details are only available to the HR team or those with the correct security privileges.

 

Having all this information available from one, simple to use, searchable system removes the need for multiple paper files and spreadsheets; even full CVs and working permits can be uploaded to an individual’s HR record.

This module also simplifies the process of leave booking: each user is presented with a year calendar with a simple click function to add holiday and any other form of leave.  The type of holiday and its authorisation status is colour coded with staff unable to exceed their holiday allowance.

A comprehensive list of reports allow detailed analysis of staff information; Rapport 3 brings resource, timesheet and staff expenses information together for analysis.
