
Rapport 3′s Email Management module provides you with a scalable project email storage system which reduces your reliance on email servers. By transforming email into a shared information source through attaching emails to a project database, Rapport 3 can help you improve your email filing and therefore productivity.
Email management can bring a number of benefits to your business – from simple email protection, a fail-safe option for retrieving lost or historical emails, to offloading email servers and improved cataloguing of emails against a project or a contact. Rapport 3′s Email Management module ensures that all stored emails are associated with a project and are fully searchable.
Using the familiar Microsoft Outlook application, Rapport 3 installs a set of additional tools to associate both incoming and outgoing emails to a project in Rapport 3. Metadata is then stored in the database with the email and attachments stored separately as an msg file in a secure location on the server.
