One of Rapport 3′s unique selling points is its compatibility with both PC and Mac devices.
Rapport 3 has been fully designed for, and fully tested with Firefox (version 2.0 and above). It can also be used with Windows Internet Explorer (version 7.0 and above).
Rapport 3 runs with Windows XP and above and with Mac OS.
Tablets and Smartphones

The majority of Rapport 3 features are compatible with smartphone and tablet device browsers, provided your version of Rapport 3 is enabled for external web use. All cloud-hosted versions of Rapport 3 can be accessed from smartphone and tablet devices. As with a desktop device, the majority of features will work in the device’s default browser.
We recommend, as with desktop devices, that you run Rapport 3 using Firefox but it is also compatible with Dolphin. As a browser-based program, Rapport 3 can be accessed over both WiFi and data connections.
Accessing the Rapport 3 Exchange Global Address List on an iPhone
Certain modules in Rapport 3 also bring benefits to smartphone users (whose devices are configured to their company exchange accounts). For example all contacts synchronised with the Microsoft Exchange server from the Contacts Integration module can be searched and used through the smartphone or tablet device without the user having to keep thousands of contacts on their device. Equally, leave booked through the Rapport 3 Leave Booking feature (Human Resources module), will automatically synchronise with a shared internal calendar which is available via your smartphone.
