There are currently two hosting options available for Rapport 3, on an internal server or cloud-based.

Internal Server

Rapport 3 was originally designed to be hosted by each client on an internal server.

Cubic Interactive will work with your ICT provider or in-house team to ensure you select a server for Rapport 3 which will best suit your capacity and needs.  The server will then continue to be maintained by your ICT team who will ensure data is backed up correctly and that the server continues to perform to a satisfactory level.

Cloud Hosting

If you opt for a cloud-based solution, a domain for your company is set up within the Rapport 3 server (http://yourcompany.rapport3.com) which will be your intranet homepage.

Cloud-based solutions can bring a number of advantages to your business including the guarantee of regular data backups being taken and the ability to log-on to your intranet even when you aren’t connected to your company network.

Rapport 3′s cloud-based solution is hosted by Rackspace.  Our data centre is in the UK and we fully comply with UK data protection legislation.
