Speirs and Major, a lighting design specialist with studios in London and Edinburgh, have decided to make the switch from their existing Practice Management System to Rapport 3.

Speirs and Major were looking for a system which could further improve their internal efficiency, specifically by more effectively managing information flow through the integration of a project-centric Email Management System to cope with their increasing level of email correspondence. Rapport 3’s ability to integrate with packages they were already using such as Sage and OpenAsset was another consideration for Speirs and Major; by removing the need to re-enter data across systems they will ensure consistency and save administration time.

Speirs and Major are a lighting design specialist who have collaborated with a number of leading architectural practices on projects across the world including the Copenhagen Opera House, St Pauls Cathedral restoration and the British High Commission, Colombo.
