Resource planning The Resource Planning Module is a comprehensive resource planning system, which allows the allocation of staff to a day level. Projects are subdivided into workstages and tasks, presenting project runners with a system that can adapt to any size of project.

Staff are analysed using utilisation levels and using the tools Rapport 3 provides, locating and selecting suitable staff couldn’t be simpler. Rapport 3 adopts passive clash detection, indicating when staff are over utilised, while still allowing over utilised staff to be added to a project when appropriate.

Cost budgets are displayed too, allowing project managers to measure their resource against a budget and providing a tool for project managers to make informed decisions.
