By linking information within Rapport 3 with Sage/Access Dimensions, the most popular accountancy packages, the integration module ensures optimum efficiency. Data does not have to be entered twice and the right information is linked to the appropriate section within Sage/Access Dimensions.
The Sage/Access Dimensions integrator saves valuable time - all project invoices and sales details are kept up-to-date via Rapport 3, speeding up the process of data entry on an ongoing basis. The potential for errors is eliminated because management accounts and project accounts are reading from the same information. Full control is also ensured. While integrating Sage/Access Dimensions with Rapport 3, the sales invoices and purchase invoices are first sent to an area of the system called the Transaction Stack, which gives accountants the opportunity to check the data before authorising the transfer to Sage/Access Dimensions and the purchase/sales ledgers. This provides a secure and effective means of monitoring quality and making any necessary amendments to crucial data.
